We want to be transparent and upfront about the time commitment, so you can decide if you’re ready.
You should expect to spend about 20 hours a week on the workshop. There are live Zoom learning group meetings 3 times per week and the rest of the week is dedicated to feedback and reflection. Real change takes time, effort, and a willingness to show up. This time is for you.
You’ll be amazed at how much you can get done once you decide it’s important.
